Responsibility

Pursuant to the provision of Section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013; Rules made there under and Schedule VII to the Act, the Board has laid down the Company’s policy on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and constituted the CSR Committee and the CSR activities of the Company are to be carried out as per the instructions of the Committee.
Every year, IFTAS spends 2% of its average net profits of the 3 immediately preceding financial years on CSR activities:

1.  Prime Minister’s National Relief fund (PMNRF)
2.  Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai
